Israeli Crowd Cheers As Missile Hits Gaza Live On CNN

A few minutes later, the reporter, CNN’s Diana Magnay, tweeted this and then deleted it about 20 minutes later:

Welcome to Israel where cheering on the massacre of innocent people is a sport. Babies, children, women, men, elderly. Israel doesn’t discriminate: everyone is their target.

Do none of you understand..? Gaza is not the victim here. Gaza has decided to attack Israel, it started when they kidnapped 4 Israelis who were then killed, then a boy from Gaza was brutally killed. Gaza has decided to blame it on Israel when really it was a killing done by the boys parents because he was gay. So now there in war throwing bombs back and fourth. Israel always warns them before they throw a bomb because they don’t want anyone to be hurt they just want this to stop but instead of people moving out of the way the men force there wives, pregnant woman and children onto the roofs so Israel won’t shoot. Just yesterday they made a truce to stop this horrible war but seconds later Gaza turns back on their word and keeps throwing rockets. There’s a saying if Israel stops throwing rockets they would be demolished if Gaza stopped throwing bombs there would be peace. It’s horrible what is happening and I feel terrible for all the peaceful people living in Gaza but they don’t matter! There’s so many evil people only thinking about killing. So do some research before you start praying for Gaza, their doing it to themselves. Also if you haven’t noticed CNN is extremely biased towards this Iran/Israel war

90% of conversations with me

  • me: wait what

have you ever realised that sleeping is just your eyes staring at your eyelids all night long

Actually what happens is when we move into deep sleep, rapid eye movement (or REM) occurs, with the eyes moving quickly for up to 30 minutes at a time, repeating every 90 minutes. Much of our dreaming happens during REM and despite our eyes moving intensely, our bodies are extremely relaxed – which helps us stay asleep. So no your eyes are not just staring at your lids their having a seizure in your sockets.

did Mona Lisa know she was gonna become the illest art bitch of all time or like???

In a way yes, but it wasn’t internationally known. Since its completion around 1519, the painting has always been highly regarded. It was owned by France’s kings and emperors before finally settling into the Louvre. But it didn’t have international prominence until later, thanks primarily to two significant events.

The first was the publication of Walter Pater’s 1867 Leonardo da Vinci essay. In what became a Victorian phenomenon, Pater waxed poetic (indeed his words were later converted into verse) about La Gionconda, as the Mona Lisa was then known, describing her as a ghostly beauty.

With popularity comes jealousy. Fifty years after Pater’s essay the Mona Lisa was stolen from the Salon Carré in the Louvre. In August 1911, an Italian employee at the museum named Vincenzo Peruggia took the painting off the wall and walked out. The theft shot the painting back into cultural significance and it hasn’t come down since.

The painting took two years to find. Peruggia was caught trying to sell the work to the Uffizi museum in Florence, perhaps the second most famous museum in the world after the Louvre. Before it was recovered, French police interrogated a number of local Parisian artists, including Pablo Picasso.

Isn’t it weird how people change and grow apart and stop talking and then one day you see this person who you swore you were going to be friends with forever and you can barely think of a thing to say and then it finally hits you that somewhere along the way your friendship dimmed and you will probably never be close to that person again. I think that’s one of the saddest things I’ve come to terms with lately.
